WTF? It seems to be some kind of problem when playing through HDMI
I have AMD R9 290 conected to PC monitor with a DisplayPort cable and also conected to the 42 inch Philips HDTV with HDMI cable
When im run a game on my PC monitor everything is great.
But when i switch my desktop to a Philips HDTV (conected with HDMI cable) and i run a game, some weird stuff going on:
The resolutuion gets super low and in the Game Video option i cant change anything.
When i on PC monitor it says that i have 1 monitor, but when i on HDTV is says i have 769 monitors conected.
Also check out some crazy shit with resolution on a HDTV

When i exit the game, the right resolution of my desktop comes back (1920x1080)

Here are some screens
PC Monitor with DisplayPort cable

HDTV with HDMI cable

I had the same issue when playing on my projector screen, I exited the game and restarted it from the projector screen (using the DS4's touchpad which is uber handy!) and it then allowed me to choose the correct resolution and was displayed correctly.

Hmm, didn't get Doom 4 code pre-order on steam. However, I heard it'll be added to your account when it's out.

When it is available the Doom Beta will be automatically added to the Steam Library of customers who pre-purchased Wolfenstein The New Order on Steam. You will not need a key.

RtCW, Wolfenstein and The New Order take place in a separate timeline. There's mentions of Hitler in newspaper clippings.

So far I am liking the story even if its nothing special but I feel like I shouldn't pick Wyatt time line. Yes, his skill unlock comes in handy very often but as a char he seems like the wrong choice. But, we'll see.

Had the same issue myself until I added this command line to the game's shortcut
-width 1920 –height 1080

It reset the game's resolution for me and allowed to change it, was quite annoying.

Well, i ran into a pretty weird bug. Started the game on ultra everything, was running at 1 fps or something...

Set everything to low, started game, put again on ultra and it worked fine. Must be the awesome IdTech megatextures whatnot stuff.

Also the loading times seem weird considering i put it on SSD.. unless it doesn't even affect it or on an HDD it's 10 times worse which would be hilarious.

O well at least the game is fun Smile

This is one of the worst games i've played:

Horrendous loading times (ssd)
Terrible FPS
The sound is completly fucked on 7.1, weapon sounds are more like papercardboard (fear 2 anyone). Even on 5.1 downmixing the sound is off. Wasn't this suppose to have been fixed/patched earlier? I hate the fact I spent money on this game.

Here's my shitty pc:

i53570k 4.5Ghz
Radeon 7950 OC
8GB
SSD
