Only played the very first chapter, runs quite well on my 560TI (nothing too fancy on the settings).
Atmosphere is great, sucks you right into the game, 'action' from the first second. Died twice  but I think that has more to do with me being tired, so tomorrow I'll play it for a longer period.
Achievements don't seem to show up on steam, but they get unlocked anyway.
First time I ran it it had some difficulties (intro movies stuttering) but that got fixed by restarting the game.

Most likely, entered my key right when they unlocked the game and it took 5 seconds to get the mail and verify the account.  |

On Rin they said the Patch is included, thats probably why the preload for the Game hasnt started earlier.

Playing now, game looks grand and even first moments it gets you right in there immersion wise.
No ingame option for AA as far as I could see though, will have to try trough nvidia panel next time
