oh well... no tropico for me
no one else needs to panic or anything, i just think its because of my fucking prepaid cc the fee went from pending to 'released' (meaning returned), and im guessing its an automatic thing because its been a week, so any day now ill get a 'Y U NO PAY' email from ubisoft, and somehow i dont think they'll accept my 'BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T TAKE THE FUNDS YOU STUPID CUNTS' response as a valid reason to keep my order 
i try to play ball and do things legit with these fucking assclowns, but they just keep pushin me to piracy!!

On a related note, impulsedriven.com now defaults to gamestop.com/pcgames, and is US only. They've shut their UK arm down. Not sure if anyone even looks at the first post of the thread anymore, but maybe update it to reflect this?
And on a further related note, g2play is listed on the first page? Given we all know how dodgy they are, maybe remove them?

Thankfully, you can still download the app and play previously bought games, although the link to it is somewhat hard to find on the page.

What you mean is: it's not possible to download the game through Steam if you're not in the U.S., right?

If I remember correctly, you have to use the Impulse download client to get the Steam key, and it checks region both at time of purchase, and at download.
Might've changed since then, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Yep, I think I've only bought one game there (like a year ago) and I had to download and install their client so I could obtain the Steam key and activate it. Now my question: If I get someone in the U.S. to go through all that process and get the key, and he gives it to me, will I be able to activate the key on Steam and play?
