I think you misunderstood, it doesn't change the fact it'll never or at least not arrive in the next 5 years, I had my hopes up for that too, but seeing R* San Diego, unlikely it'll be brought on the PC, has to be someone else, but I guess they always think ahead instead of back. Sad but true.

well if GTA 5 not coming to any more platform,lets say PS4,XBone or PC in the Next 2 years,I will eat my hat with Ketchup
for RDR,looks like our best bet is 360/PS3 emulation,unless they suddenly will release it on Steam,or decided to "remestarted" for next Gen with PC included
Not bad, I believe similar tests were done with San Andreas and Vice City although those being older games might have been more OK with Rockstar whereas this might get one of those cease & desist letters, still it's a nice accomplishment.
Yeah not bad, but the ports of VC and III into SA were by far more impressive (also given the time and possibilities they were developed with). I just hope this is not the only piece of V you get on PC. R* are just soo fucking slow with the PC announcement since GTA:O went online and they keep pumping the DLCs.

Yup, same here. It's one thing creating the map and importing the models, but getting the programming? The missions? Triggers? Scripts? It almost never plays out. So you end up with a merciless tease of what could (Vice City in a new engine ) and then the modders realise what a massive and futile undertaking it is... before eventually just giving up

never played it but soundtrack is fantastic, even tho it's not really my thing. Reminds me of Nier (which I've not played yet too) soundtrack. Need to play that game finally.

I dont get it why it happens .. But when I click the setup file or letting it autostart it shows squares instead of words when I am trying to install and when I am clicking 1 of the options that I guess is install or cancel it doesnt happen anything..
