We are sorry but there is just not enough memory on the PS360 to handle that kind of extra content, we tried and in the end we had to make the hard decision to cease development and instead concentrate on the Next Gen version of the game. I'm sure you'll all agree that Online Heists, increased resolution and improved framerate will be worth the €59.99 for the Definitive Edition when we release it on PS4 and XBONE this Fall.
