Really strange. Gamersyde guys were able to play this few weeks ago and back then the game was struggling to run even at 30fps all of the time. We will see soon.
No doubt ps4 version will be better than xbone one tho.
since my pc is crap atm, i ll maybe get this for ps4, if the final version runs at atleast consistens 30 fps.
if i have to play at 25-27 fps then fuck it, no buy.
yep, not gonna happen, sony´s pr department was ahead of themselves.
back when RockStar released GTA4 on consoles this game lagged so bad some people just stopped playing it on XBOX360... and when the DLC came about those bikers they made a patch that.... LOWERED THE LOD yeah now this game worked perfectly on xbxo360 but LULZ now the PS3 version had higher LOD and shadows ... then the XBOX360 ... but xbox360 played this game at 720p and ps3 was only 1152x640 ... so you could not distinguish this
so guess , after a few weeks they will make a patch that will lower the LOD, on all ,to get the 60fps
yea its sickening, i can understand not being able to tell the difference between 40 and 50 fps, but 30 and 60? cmon

so the german site golem.de had an article stating that the ps4 version does indeed run at 60 fps without frame drops, but without msaa, tsaa.
the article was suddenly removed.
Now if it is really 60fps, I think I would have rather taken the 30fps hit + better graphics (aka no downgrade...)

As Neona posted in the PC thread; 900p30 (792.. haha.. poor Microsoft...) so it looks like that Sony PR guy really jumped the gun with the whole "Definitive edition!! 1080p!!! 60fps!!!" stuff.

well its ok, not even sure i m gonna buy this, as it seems its not even gonna be consistent 30 fps, any game dropping below that is not really playable.
So the "super" new consoles can't even handle a "next gen" game @ 1080p and 30 fps ? I'm sorry but that's ridiculous. I wasn't complaining about BF4 being 900p for multiplayer but this is just lame. I don't really care about 60 FPS if i can get a steady 30 but damnit 1080p should be a must. 900p makes shit (background especially) look blurry on my HDTV
Maybe it's due to shitty coding and incompetence from UBI though as Infamous SS runs and look great. Killzone too but to a lesser extent.
And i am a PS4 owner so im not bitching just for the sake of it but that's a tad disappointing.

The 360 had a great upscaling chip that did it's job. I think both X1 and PS4 have the same upscaling chip now. I would rather have 720p with 60fps and fully destructible world and great physics with some AA, than 1920x1080 because that does not say anything about graphics.
