The mobs setup stays the same, they just get a little harder.
Loot I believe stays the same but you can buy spells in NG++ that you normally only get from maxing out a covenant.

ng+ adds more mobs to the game and you will sometimes get attacked by multiple phantoms.

About the boss difficulty, the worst design choice regarding bosses is the different paths. You finish one path, and go for another, but then the first bosses are so ridiculously easy because you've out leveled them when doing another path. First game got it right, this didn't.

anyone know if the RELOADED save is compatible with the legit game..ie I just got the game on Steam (£23 cdkeys.com) and want to copy my save over?

anyone have any insight on the whole VAC deal ? have a 250 games strong acc, would suck something aweful to get a vac ban on it. using GeDoSaTo downsampling
i suspect its all smoke and mirrors myself, but do anyone have any vital info to share ? like how VAC actually works these days, i mean it should be able to md5 hash check right ? wich would mean its "safe"

i got a key from cddiski.ru for 17 euro, activated and started the download through a ukrainian demo vpn, worked perfectly.
then again some people had problems with cddiski keys in the past, so i cant recommend it 100%.
