My galaxy S3 won't make calls since the last update (4.3). When I try to make a phone call i get "Call ended 0:00" right away, the phone won't even dial it just says "Call ended 0:00", and I have 3 out of 4 signal bars. Seen lots of complaints about the same shit too.
