ok "Top-up via selected payment system is inaccessable for formal passport type holders." plati.ru wasnt ready to take my money after years i charged money into it.
From a german board i got the info that i would be playable only with vpn active. Fuck it i am gonna play Starcraft 2 Multiplayer for 1 year longer and skip this game.

Anyway to activate pre-order DLC's on legit steam version e.g. Dark.Souls.Pre-Order.Bonus.Pack-FTS files?

Not sure why you would want them, they are horrible even at the start of the game. And you can't even sell them a little bit of souls, they just take up space.

Can anyone tell me how to perform the dual wield attacks? I have two swords of the same type but I cant figure it out ( using 360 pad )

First you need 1.5 times the stat requirement for the weapons you want to dual wield. Once you have that, hold Y or Triangle to go into power stance. You will notice the off hand weapon to be pointing up instead of mirroring your main hand if you met the requirements. Press LB or L1 for dual wield attacks, LT or L2 for power attack.

I5 at 4.4 with a 770 windows 7 64 bit running through my 52 inch HDTV at 1080p. Drivers are all updated. I click the exe and it pops up with a white window the icon turns blue and spins then I get Dark Souls 2 has stopped working... Ive tried all fixes Ive seen except unplugging my HDMI cord... Im not doing that and apparently you can get 1080p or sound after doing that anyway. The first game worked fine other then the retarded limitations durante fixed. I dunno wtf to think

Using GeDoSaTo makes a HUGE difference in terms of visuals (doubled my resolution). Now the game looks actually pretty.
Ofc, terrain 'shape' is still in the 90's but, meh... what can we do? We can't have it all.

This could have been a great launch release because the game is nicely optimized and a good port overall but right now From and Bandai are in front of a disaster. The amount of people that can't even launch the game because they play on a TV and not on a monitor is big. It needs to be fixed asap. I have a bad feeling that it will not be easy for them to fix it and a massive wave of refunds is on the way next week.

Well, I loved the combat system and the atmosphere - but I didn't care for the story delivery and I'm not really a fan of fighting the same mobs over and over because I made a mistake.
The game didn't have enough appeal for me to invest myself on that level - so I would inevitably make mistakes.
If the game had a more compelling reason to overcome challenges, beyond simply overcoming them, I probably wouldn't have a big problem with it.
I did play Demon's Souls a lot - and got through most of it, but I think I just got sick of the formula. At first, I was really invested and I learned the patterns in combat - at which point the game becomes very doable. But I guess I just never felt properly rewarded.
If DS2 has better story delivery or other reasons to overcome challenges - maybe it's worth a shot.
