Everytime I start looking forward to something, it goes wrong. Something screws up, always, so no.. I don't look forward to anything anymore. Some people call it pessimism but for me it's just realism.

On a more general note... nope. I mostly live one day at a time, for better and for worse.
On a smaller scale... new hardware( so I can play some older games but better, anyway ).

Not on the same level as when I was a kid, but on occasion I do look forward to things quite a bit, and get excited by them.
But it sort of comes and goes with me. I experienced a somewhat traumatic period of anxiety and depression many years ago which changed my way of looking at things. Not as bad as one might think, as it started me on a long and fruitful journey regarding the human mind and how we all work.
Unfortunately, it also means there's this intangible emotional block inside my mind that doesn't let me enjoy things too much - lest everything comes crashing down again. Sometimes I think I have that beat, but it tends to come back and kick my ass every once in a while.
Still hoping to destroy that part of myself through understanding and perseverance - and there are days when I actually believe I can dump the darkness almost entirely.
Then there are days when it seems all but hopeless.

Look forward to all the things i want to do to my car, what i learn from working on it, looking forward for my motherfucking long-awaited raise in work, looking forward to graduation, moving to canada, etc etc.
Not that hard, you must have long term and short term goals, the best ones are short term, since i plan and i execute and it makes me happy to accomplish what i wanted (lil stuff, even working on airsoft guns or doing stuff to the car works for me)
Hell, even Minecraft with the FTB mod made me happy, made all those complex automatic sutff
Edit: and since i never have enough money i always look forward to many things

Kinda like this for me too.
I am currently looking for job and I don't know what I'd like to do. I have absolutely no idea, and it's kinda frightening.
I want to work, earn money and get out of my parents house, but I get depressed, and I still haven't written a single job request :\
Only thing I look forward these days are movie blockbusters :S

Dark Souls 2. And having more time to work on my personal projects
Does anyone know the solution to non-existant focus? I start with something, have another great idea, leave idea 1 behind (of course promising myself to return as soon as I have time) and then lose myself in some useless detail (first I need to model this in 3d, I can't simply start with a simple asset) ... and then even more useless details (hmmm, I should implement the animation model from start... let's see how this application exports animations) .. and then more details (I definitely need correct lighting... Oh only directional lighting supported? How about point lights... wait, no shadows for point lights?) ... and more details (oh there is a youtube video with explenation) ... and then I have another idea and promise myself to return to this project.
GODDAMIT!

The list of the things that I should be looking forward to is so big that I had to embrace the "fuck it" mentality in order to not be angry all the time. It's the only working countermeasure really!
When you waste several years of your life pursuing something that turns up to be a lie, and you end up having an unsatisfying job, empty pockets, a car that barely starts and a damned bad luck at trying to set up a stable relationship, you just live from day to day with no plans, carpe dieming everything. At least health is fine, and my family is willing to support me, so it ain't that terrible after all. So..fuck it! Could be worse
tl;dr: I'm looking forward to surviving
