Aside from putting Steam in offline mode you could perhaps block incoming traffic for the exe in the firewall settings, keeping outgoing (Achievements, Cloud Sync, Statistics and such.) so you can send data but others can't connect.

Yeah, I think that's the cheapest you'll get it. Nuuvem is generally being recommended as the place to go:

$85 Brazilian, is currently 27.50 Euros, and they're a legit retailer (not reseller).
Oh, also, anyone who's bought from Simply CD Keys: They might be getting their keys in late - apparently the UK retail release could be delayed a little, and since SCDK get their keys from retail boxes...

Or you could wait for the Russian key, it will require a one-time vpn activation and it´s cheaper.

Bleh. I don't want to tell you what to do with your money, but as I note above, you can get it cheaper and "more legit" from Nuuvem. Use Chrome and it auto-translates the Portuguese, and they take Paypal. G2A are just resellers, so you're paying a couple of Euro more for a key that can be disputed if they want to be arses.
Your choice, but it just seems pointless to me.

Can I pay directly with credit card? Then I might consider getting it there if they deliver the key in time. ( I dont want to use paypal for that )

Have to agree with the critique. Though the only one I care about is the unfair enemies. Those mace wielding dudes (and the others in the dragon area) are just not fun to fight. They just attack you without a pause. When they do their huge slamming attack, you'd think it's your chance to attack, but nope, they right away go into another fast attack. I had to cheese them the first time, and run from them on subsequent playthroughs. Same thing with havel. He just keeps spamming his attacks, and you have no chance to attack. I had +10 great shield with 120 points of stamina, and he ate through it in about 3 seconds.

My guess is that this is the build they gave to reviewers and it will have some small day1 patch.
Also all Pre-Order Bonus DLC's have different depots
