Pro drivers are always great to watch, they have amazing reflexes and timing even if they're not too familiar with the simulator. Razz Many of them are actually avid simracers (Barrichello comes to my mind) and almost all of them use advanced gaming setups as training stations.
The Red bull team for example uses a rFactor modification with proper moving cockpit and all, pretty neat^^

I'd say that they shouldn't. The game is VERY rough around the edges. On some maps the shadows come and go and the rain reflections are most of the time great (almost fantastic) and then in some odd cases something is reflected wrong or you see popins.

Then there are some gamepad only bugs (disable input filtering and wiggle your analog pad multiple times left right and you'll launch like a rocket into the sky) and they are still optimizing so much stuff seperately.

Also some of the environments need overhaul and I'd say that one should use early access only to add content and not to implement or test gameplay decisions and developments.

I see Smile, it's a very ambitious title after all, so these annoyances are quite normal at this stage. I thought it was more mature now, that's why I suggested the Steam invasion. Razz

It makes sense though, especially since the physics haven't been 100% refined yet, and we know that the Early Access audience is a veeery different beast if compared to the people who made it happen. Broader audience, different needs, no bueno (thankfully many of those will have fun with World of Speed instead, so they won't need pCars to begin with Cool Face)

That was one thing I noticed in some of the videos of their version of Mt Panorama. It was definitely "off" in a few places, making it somewhat jarring to anyone familiar with it.
