Im not st my computer but I guess this is stored in html5 local storage. In your browser should be another place to wipe data that is stored there. I'll check when I'm home again.

I don't understand, I already wiped all the cache as far as I could see and I just Google for info on clearing HTML5 cache and all it returned was HTML5 APP cache ... we're not even using HTML5 on this site, are we? Nevertheless, I cleared that too and it still happens. Only on this site, always that same goddamned post
~edit~
IT'S GONE!! Pumpy, you RULE! Just for the hell of it, I installed a HTML5 StorageManager from Chrome Store and it popped up an icon on the address bar to say that there was extended storage being used for this page - clicking showed a json entry for Humpinator (the Hump improvement mod from Garus <3) that had half a dozen textbox entries all with that bastard post saved. I removed them all, post still kept coming back, shut down and reopened Chrome, still kept coming back - then I disabled the Humpinator plugin, cleared the cache once more, closed Chrome, reopened, reenabled Humpinator --- GONE! The text boxes are clear again <3
Thank you!

Edit: Yeah, I should've written that I also assumed that the culprit could've been the humpinator plugin by garus, as I've seen in the source that it stores in local cache (but I wasn't sure how chrome handles the local cache of a plugin!) and there was even a discussion why this was developed in the first place (to save disappearing posts due to some forum bugs)

Same here. I thought it was because of Garus extension...?

The post-remembering stuff? Yeah, it's Garus' extension. This was a nasty bug though, really irritating but at least I know how to clear it if it happens again.

Cool. I just followed your instructions from first post and they are gone!
It was so annoying.

Thanks again Pumpy, I'll send Ixi to your room tonight....

It's happening again now, only this time on PM "name" field and not quickreply text field. Bah. I think something got screwed up with Chrome 34.
