they announced that The Last of Us and that Beyond game will head to PS4 ... like a month ago , thats why i did not bought them and even played them ...

Currently playing Last of Us on ps3 and i must say i dont know what was with all that hype back then, game is nothing special really. I`m getting bored by those separate exploration/action sections - theres zero tension due to that clear separation betwteen these two stages of gameplay - i know that nothing will suprise me during exploration (which is very limited) and combat gets repetitive very fast. And zero tension in post apo action adventure? wtf.
Even in open areas you basically walk thourgh bigger or smaller corridor, pressing triangle to collect shit, then you fight same boring mobs and repeat it all again.
Its basically same formula as uncharted tho it lacks what made uncharted better than avarage - cinematic feeling with great action sequences. LoU even lacks any kind of puzzle elements - same shit aka pick up that and put it there, or endless Ellie transports in water locations lol.
tdlr - 6-7/10 max, meh. definitely wouldnt pay to play it (again) on ps4. Last tomb rider with open locations, tons of optional stuff, tombs etc etc was way more interesting.

tlou isnt about the gameplay, its about the writing and characters, which are superb and unrivaled in that gen.
but yes, there is not much replayability since the gameplay is tedious.

lulz. nothing superb or unrivaled in writing/characters. its all the same archetypes/situations, just as in every post apo/zombie show/comic/game/story.
walking dead had way better writing/story/chars/choices etc
and every game should be about the gameplay also, thats why they`re called *games*.

Was about to replay it, i guess i will wait. The game would look MUCH better if it wasnt for the absolutely terrible aliasing, i hope they've fixed that. Gotten so spoiled with not having that in PC games.

This is great news, hopefully we see more ps3 titles in the future.
Will be double dipping on this for certain. Very excited to play through it again.
