Honestly, if this isn't a scam with the capital S, I don't know what it is. I initially thought the Ground Zeroes thingy was an appetizer, some sort of exclusive content/DLC/whatever for those who preorder the full priced game, which would have made sense in a logical world. But nope..

Its mgs game. It can easily be watched on Youtube... So I did with mgs IV and there was barely any/interesting gameplay. The cinematics and plot were great

People calling this game a "paid demo" or whatever are full of shit. A demo is a smaller section of content taken of a larger game. I have seen absolutely no indication that the Omega Base mission played in Ground Zeroes will be included in The Phantom Pain in any form.
It's a prologue, a "Metal Gear Solid V: Part One" to The Phantom Pain's "Metal Gear Solid V: Part Two," absolutely, but it's not a bloody demo per say, since this content is not in The Phantom Pain (unless something is proven different when TPP releases, but again, it seems pretty clear to me that Omega Base is not part of TPP; I'll eat my hat if I'm proven wrong). Don't people remember what the word "demo" means anymore?
It's an excellent, short game, with plenty of replay value (far more opportunities for experimenting with the game's systems and different approaches to gameplay than any past Metal Gear game, I'd say), offered at a fairly low price. We used to pay $50+ (in 1990s money!) for 2 hour (and shorter!) games all the time.
People are making a mountain out of a molehill about this.

I also think that I wouldn't call this a demo...It does have it"s story which indeed will complement the future much bigger game & since I rarely buy games especially on PC since well you know..lol..I don't mind paying for a game here & now when I feel the devs deserve it... by the way 29.99$ canadian tax in!!...
And is it just me or the graphics are absolutely incredible!!?? I mean, you have to admit that it's just a glimpse on how powerful the PS4 is for what it is...a console & that when devs know how to make good use of the hardware combine with a really good engine...things just get a little more encouraging...
Don't get me wrong, Im a PC gamer at heart but like many of you that got the PS4 for it's exclusivities, I believe this game...Metal Gear games ( besides Revengence ) do earn the right to get my money...for their stories, amazing graphics and usually pretty good gameplay overall...

I gotta say im impressed not only with the graphics, but how freakin smooth the controls are, i love how he realistically he gets down on his chest, and the controls just feel so... responsive, its just an awesome engine and i hope more games use it.
edit:for fun try shooting up a body, the attention to detail is awesome.

it is awesome but very short. Prologue or not. And old consoles versiom should be free or something. It barely works at 20fps...
