Maybe a stupid question but how can I change the language to english? Since my origin is in german the game is in german too, but the voice actors are horrible...

Finally a realistic review of the game, and not a hyped one. I couldn't agree more, that was my opinion after trying the beta and the reason I did not buy. Oh and Mechs in this game are only a gimmick, like someone said in this forum feels more like being a giant soldier instead of a Mech. HAWKEN is a lot more fun in that regard.
With the exception of the first 2 awful minutes of that video, which I would like to get back in my life I must say it's mostly a fair review, and he makes solid points. Yes, the game is shallow, yes the shooting is bland, and yeah the maps certainly need more variety. Now, he goes and compares Titanfall to dedicated Mech games, which I don't think this is trying to be (Titans are more a gimmick for the sake of variety), this game was obviously meant to be an all around fast mp shooter and it does that well. I don't find myself calling my titan more than once or twice per match (basically I do it when I make a mistake and get trapped in an area filled with enemy titans), cause playing as a pilot is really where the game shines at with the huge freedom of movement and great verticality, definitely the biggest strengths of the game, which the reviewer very shallowly disregards.
Otherwise, he's completely right when he says PS4 people don't need to feel they're missing out and no, it's not worth buying the derpbox one just for this game, which I agree was way way too overhyped. I give him credit as well for admitting the game is ultra fun, and that he will keep playing for long time, though not that frequently as he says. I would add to that it has great production values

There is actually tons. The biggest problem is that many of the burncards (and the one perk) aren't really helping when it comes to identify them. It actually makes it even more of a pain in the ass than usual. At least the aimbotters are easy to detect thanks to the killcam.

It's been out a month by then, that's more then enough time for them to fix all the issues with the game (such as frame-rate and mouse problems). It's also a month after all the hype to see how many players are still actually playing this and not just gone forward with something else (sort of like with MMO's and all the "wow-killers" which are usually dead 6 months later).
yeah some performance issues (maybe), sometimes matchmaking sucks but it's only 25 bucks and it won't go any cheaper in the next few months.

"It's only x amount of money" is also a fucking retarded argument since that can be said about a shit-ton of things. "But it's only 50k for this ferrari, so it's ok if the wheels fall off now and then."
If you have 780's in sli and get framedrops then the game needs fixing, also the game does not justify how it looks contra to how it performs and HW needs.

After spending a few days playing my feelings are mixed. The game really reminds me of ut2004 which is a good thing. The balance of action with the titans is broken if u ask me, I think getting a titan drop should be a real award. You should be getting a drop once a match IF You're LUCKY! 2 minutes into a round theres like 5 titans spamming everywhere. Seeing two opposing titans duke it out should be a spectacle. I'm getting 3 titans per round and half the time ill just autodeploy and stay on foot. Just my 2 cents

just don't play on ultra textures and everything will be fine.
