PS Dat image above is a bit misleading. VH1 has already 3 classes, for instance(DLCs)

Hmm.. So VH2 has 6 classes available not 3?
PS Ah, my bad.. it's the same 3 classes. They just give us 6 characters with a different set of skills.

Hmm I'll give them 24 hours or so (I'm in no hurry and it could be something on their end.) and then I'll contact them via the support email given in the payment details.
Shouldn't be too difficult to work out if it's a glitch.
(I'm guessing it's just to give them the transaction number form Paypal and they can probably solve it should it be needed.)

I think they'll keep the pre-orders exclusively to their own store for a while and then move it to Steam but I don't know if that will happen during or after the closed beta.

Hmm.. I've just paid $15 via paypal and then I got to http://neocoregames.com/checkout.php but the page was blank and it said only " invalid paypal response" or something like that.
Should I write to Neocore support?

That's what I got, decided to contact them (Like I said I might consider doing in my previous post.) so I sent a message and got a reply some hour later with what looks like a copy & paste response (As usual with customer support I guess.) with the beta key enclosed.
Hopefully I won't have to send another message on the 17th just to get the retail key. 
(Although it looks like this is the full game this time albeit a beta build, instead of a completely separate program in Steam as was the case with the first Van Helsing where I can still see the beta client under the normal game in the Steam list even though that ended a long time ago.)

(Which is of course because the website is not being viewed from Paypal directly any longer.)
So I just wanted to ask if everything is OK or if there was something I missed due to that, transaction ID for Paypal is [Paypal Transaction Number] in case it's needed.
(Shows as successfully completed here so I think everything is OK and I had originally decided to wait a day at least but I thought I might as well send a message and ask just to be sure.)

OK. I'm writing to them right now
PS Tbh I'm not really impressed with the areas they showed us in trailers. It looks like they simply used the same textures, same models and same everything to build these areas, well, with the exception of new mobs/bosses and whatnot. To me it doesn't look like VH2 more like VH 1.5 But, hey, it's just $15

I've not played the game yet but as with the previous installment this has both x64 and x86 compatible executables so have you tried 32-bit instead of 64-bit if that might have been what caused it.
(This is of course assuming that the cracked version is 32-bit and thus that's the difference but for all I know maybe it's just a .dll change which leaves the exe files alone thus both would run under x64 and the issue is something else.)
