When I try to launch sniper elite, nothing happens. Plus my system partialy freeze. By 'partialy' I mean that nothing works except for the windows task manager. And even when I try to shut sniper elite down, nothing happens. So basicaly it clogs my system and leaving me no choice but to reset it.
I applyed the crack. I even tried the Win2K crack even though I have XP.
This *is* a No-DVD crack right? Because I dont have a DVD burner and I deleted the image file. I'm pretty low on HD space.

Win XP
256 MB Ram - Crappy, I know. But it still should atleast load, dont it?

The startup problem could be because of your firewall (wild stab in the dark). I have had a few games that Zone Alarm blocks from running at start up until the game gets permission.
Did you have anti-alias turned off in game? With my Nvidia card I found the game would freeze for about 30-45 seconds while playing because of AA being turned on. It actually looked like a crash but it unscrewed itself after about a minute and the only way to prevent this was to turn off AA for good.
Hmm another thing popped up.
It seems that my firewall has a bad memory because after restart, I have to setup a permission Sniper Elite all over again...
