Only if the game gets updated (And that would only apply to the updated files, not all files.) or if you re-validated the files yourself.
(It won't just randomly check for and download files that have been altered.)

This is really frustrating.. Don't they get that they practically force players to download cracked versions instead of actually buying the legit one? It's fucking lunacy..  and then they tell us that piracy ruins pc gaming and they take heavy losses profits wise..madness

My guess is they will have free DLC unlocking the censored stuff, I think similar thing happened with The Saboteur and the tits that had to be unlocked via DLC.
