So chances are people with 3-4 GB VRAM won't notice this anomaly even if they use the highest settings. The game uses more than 3 GB VRAM on the highest settings which is brutally absurd if you think about it, it just doesn't look that good...
Stuttering is not normal (users should only see a decrease in fps, not stutter), it's a bug that needs to be fixed. |
The game is also over 20gb big which is a lot. The game is not optimally polished. At FullHD with everything on max my 3gb Vram seem to hold -> no stuttering. Maybe when you go up to 2500 resolutions you will get fucked. And the 1-2gb Vram bitches are fucked as well.

Another Nixxes stutterfest like DXHR? Only this one seems fine for people with 3GB+ of VRAM? Oh joy, the NextGenPort Generation is on us, I see. I guess I'll put off playing this until Nixxes fix it or I get a 4GB card.

Well, if you did read the thread (or played the game) you would see that there is exactly the problem with these 2 aspects...

Maybe some commands in the registry will help like they did in DEHR Dir Cut
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D / MSI Gaming X Slim GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER / ASRock B650 PRO RS / Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 / G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo 2x16GB DDR5-6000 CL30 / Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB / SeaSonic VERTEX GX-850 850W Gold / Lian Li LANCOOL 216

Exactly the problem i had with Bioshock: infinite and my dual 6870's.. It's about time that they gonna redesign the whole multi-gpu setup so that won't be an issue anymore..

I got 3GB VRAM and running the game @2560x1600, no problems at all.

I got 2GB VRAM and running the game on max (low AA) at 1920x1080, no problems.
And from time to time it fills the 2GB entirely!

No, nonsense.
GTX 770, 2GB, 1080p, maxed out (SSAA on high, VaselineAA off entirely) and it was perfectly stable between 80 and 100 FPS.
Apart from the shitty prerendered cutscenes obviously
The game does not _REQUIRE_ more than 2GB. It can use it, like most games can, but it doesn't _REQUIRE_ it. Same goes for BF4 for example, there's a lot of retards claiming it requires over 2GB, yet I somehow got the same framerate on Ultra as Sniffty with his 7970 3GB when we last compared.

there are several shops around the main hub - marked with a cirle and a bow inside
the tutorial brings you to the first one, that is outside the house where the guy with the hat gives you side quests.
I confirm you can replay missions at almost any time, except right after you complete it.
The prompt to enter that side mission's part reappears after some time.
You may collect collectables that you missed last time and finish aditional challanges that give you money, also all the minor loot laying around is there and gives you money - so you can pratically rerun all missions forver, until you get enough money for everything.

I'm not quite sure but I'd think you'd have to set them to the same as your GDDR, so if you have a 2GB card it should be 2048.
Again, I'm not at all sure this is correct so if someone who actually knows can answer would be ace. ^_^

Have you tried to, you know, forcefully turn fan speed to 80% or even 90%? They exist for a reason :3 |
No, why would i? My dual 6870's ran at ~88 degrees just fine for 2-3 years. So i don't see a single problem with this one being on 80 with normal fan profile.
