just buy it from a person outside of Hurrdurrmany,while you may not get it cheaper you will at least get the game untampered with

Or if you don't want to buy a more expensive version, buy whatever copy you can find at a price you like to support the devs/Southpark, and then pirate an uncensored release.

Why? PC version is not censored. EXCEPT for germany of course, where the PC version is censored aswell! Swastikas are replaced with whatever -_-
Because I'm going to go hitler on jews, because south park the game had swastikas in it -_-

what the fuck is that supposed to mean? So, if my friend who lives in Germany, buys it on this site and activates in steam the game gets automatically censored? What if he has steam set to English language?

That would be up to the activation key given, or at least I think that's how it's handled so he would get a German territory key or however they would detect that and issue the relevant key.
(Unless Steam has a way to change that now but I don't think it does.)

So if it works the way you have described, players from these countries won't be able to get legit uncensored version whether they buy ROW version from , say, nuuvem or not? 0_0

If Steam has some way to detect and change it then it wouldn't matter which key you got since it would change it to match your region but I don't think they have such a system so if you buy a ROW key you'll get a standard EU version of the game (Instead of a German key or a LowViolence one or what it might be classed as this time.) but I do believe Steam can lock down games for certain regions (Depending on what subscription - I think that's what it's called - that the key is tied to.) so at worst it might require VPN to install or even run but I do not know how that works since I don't have such games myself.

A question (maybe kinda stupid): If someone from Germany buys and activates the censored version through Steam, replaces then the censored files with the uncensored ones (providing that the file structure between the two versions is the same) will result to Steam downloading the (censored) files again or what?
