I've only played the demo of LOS2, but does anyone know if the slow motion and zoom in when you successfully block happens every time in the full game? Have any videos shown otherwise?

Well the game gets a brief summary after the tutorial section, just watch the cutscenes of LoS1 if you want to get the story bits.

They're really not saying a lot, they keep avoiding answering some questions and answering the others like politicians, huh. Also, they didn't know what we meant by K&M prompts. Had to spell it out, only to get an answer along the lines of "yes, you can play with keyboard and mouse". Oh well...
I don't think that will have changed from the demo, you will probably still see X360 icons with M+KB though this time pressing F1 brings up the key bindings and what they correspond to.
(Would be nice if they had actual keyboard icons though but I'm not holding out for that being available at launch, or even added later via a patch.)

I don't need them to tell me what the keybindings are though. I need them because they make sense to be prompts for m&k if I play with m&k. Having those ugly x360 prompts just makes things confusing. Press A!!! I am, it moves me left, huh...

i wouldnt say its confusing, but annoying and immersion breaking for me (looking to keybindings everytime i see that stupid x360 prompt)
but on other hand from the look of it there are not many of them (mostly in tutorial and some X bashing) and even less if we disable QTEs - so it might not be that big off a deal

If I were you I'd wait a bit and play the first one before going straight to this. I did it and it was definitely a good decision. Story aside, it's a pleasant experience and a solid game if you like the genre, probably also quite different from this sequel, too
You definitely need VPN to activate keys that are incompatible with your region anyway. However, I can't tell on this subj much as MGR keys weren't that popular, trading for this game died in a week or two.
Hmm why after 6-7 hours?
I think in their stream from yesterday they said at it should unlock at midnight for US (that was 2 hours ago)
Then someone else said that the guy was confused and it will unlock at usual steam time.
