Is that another new server hosted or is it replacing the last std one?
If so what ftb selection is it from the ftb launcher - latest, or old etc ?
just a link to the ftb thats installed for info on the mods in that ftb pack would be good

its the same server and address server.alttabgamers.com
its FtB unleashed, you just need to turn biomes-o-plenty on. and you should be good to go.
all you should need is the FtB launcher, pick unleashed as the option, turn on the extra biomes in it..and your set.

is the Mod list, everything it has but EE is turned on.
its also running MPCP and bukkit, so /home, /spawn, whatever work. and has protections using grief-prevention

Same as before for saves and backups server side. Saves every 5 minutes, and backups every hour for 24 hours.

I made mine one a few months ago, but after an initial login by a lot of people to play, they wandered off..
Technically this one can still be the nfohump one, since now its down to one guy and me. Everyone playing on it would be from here, since its the only place I advertised it since I put it back up.
I'm not opening it to the public, just the people on here. I did that for 4 years..I dont have the time or patience for a totally open public server anymore..lol

Ill get it working in offline, let me find the authme that plays nice with the versions of MCPC,FtB, and bukkit all at the same time.

Ok I got authme in and setup..you should be able to get in.
It will ask you to register when you get in, do:
/register password password
yes do password twice, once to set it and once to confirm it.
(replace password with whatever you want as your server password)
it wont let you move, or do anything until you give it a password, and if you login next time from a different place, it will ask you to prove who you are by asking you for password.

yea, enough for the people here.
it checks IPs and names to match the password you give when you set it up.
Like I got it setup so even if the password is right as me, it will tell you its not, since I got my named set to match the password and IP to allow.

Yup but the collecting is fun at least some of the mobs look great with them on. But its nothing special other than that. |

Server going tits up mike?
Communication errors and not able to pick up stuff right now, been fine till now.
Also need to have better comms with u than this board, what else u use other than gtalk inside the email web browser man.....

Well higher end card definately helps, considering my 780 gets near 90% usage with SE and certain features enabled, so it's not as if the game/mod is so lowend that it doesn't utilize currentgen gpu's.
Maybe not optimized, but it does utilize whats available.

It does look pretty good though, used it before on older machine and i got the same 40-45fps tops out of it. I get 350fps in feed the beast unleashed right now with texture packs, be good to see those shaders in it, and if the shaders were a ton simpler to bother with though.
Half the time they wont work with mods or such, due to having to overwrite optifine shit or so forth. |

5AM florida time
Server frame rate 50% drop - cant even lock it at 60 it sits at 40-50, but its not smooth its jumping around. Not really playable right now :O
tested on local server - frame rates locked 60 - unlocked 300
was ok all last night so not sure what might he happening if anything your end

Did anyone get the shaders to work on ftb unleashed? I messed around with them for like an hour, got the Shader menu to show up, but selecting one does nothing.

I use gtalk with the program, I don't use browser for it that would be horrible for a chat program that way .
And server should be ok, rams down CPU is ok, no errors on the console (at least now looking at it).
the history shows it been at 19-20 TPS for a few days..so thats ok.
For the framerate issue, not sure. server shouldnt effect it unless you are near something causing it like a lot of tubes. or items on the ground or such.

yeah it went back to being ok now, oh well odd.. ive never seen a gtalk program no more, I looked before when u mentioned it but all I could see was hangout shit attached to gmail.
and when it was on my phone it was all merged to hangouts+ shit and never saw a pc app version of it. |
