not sure why people are bitching, city looks normal for night time. check some daytime videos and there is way more activity going on

i'll preorder US PSN version. is there such thing as preload for PS4 digitally bought games? download speed from US PSN isn't that great for me, so preload would really help.

No preload as of now for PS4 games sadly. The preorder US version brings you some nice goodness too for the same price of the original game

Yes you can, you can actually already add it to your download list from Sony's store on PC so it'll automatically download on your PS4 whenever it's available.

.. that's just how it is , game still looks awesome to me. And that's not going to change.. 
maybe if i leave ps4 in standby mode i can initiate download from work?
