V-Sync really makes the game feel sluggish.
No v-sync has awful tearing though.

I just wrote "Hi, got a Titanfall beta key for Xbox One but I opted in for PC."
Then they fixed it for me. 
However, I've reloaded my games like 6 times now and nothing. |
