Well, those screenshots are taken quickly by me on my regular PC, and after deleting the game profile (recommended after every update) without changing settings. So yeah they look bad. Laughing

Perhaps this ones look better to you Very Happy

Really? I said it can look really bad at times and it does. Do you even understand what "can" means?

But wait, you were already impressed by the initial shitty screenshots so why am i even bothering. In motion most of the time this game looks like crap, as evidenced by almost every video out there.

There's some serious butthurtness surrounding this game, i wonder why.

Nah.

My "Wow" was about new cars and UI that finally looks like something more handy than previous one.

But you are right, there are still some area not polished yet, not like this game is still in alpha Wink

Ok, I read some post from Ian Bell about this ... thing.
I still think F2P games stinks big time, but ...

Regarding the benefits for pCARS here :

They may be able to share licensing between WOS & pCARS, so if we can get Lambo & Ferrari, Porka ...

I would just say go for it !

Exactly. And I can understand they wanting to try another game model, in this case the F2P. I guess they are investing a lot of time to create the engine, tracks and cars, so it's fair they want to use this assets on a game that is not going to be a competition for the main project, Project CARS. This way they expand to more posible customers.

To be honest, the guy sounds like a total douche. Constantly filling the boards with hate and BS and hassling people via PM. I could see banning him from where he's causing problems - the forums and FB. I think refunding his money and basically telling him to fuck off was a little excessive but oh well.

Yes he sounds like a total douche, and quoting a comment from the link:

Quote:
SMS made it clear that backers were considered to be more like coworkers and not customers and that anything that was said that was not constructive and appropriate for an office environment was not allowed. He can still buy the game when it comes out if he wants and then he will be considered a customer.

Sounds alright to me. Seems like that he didn't give any constructive feedback for 2 years now. Complaining costantlly and spamming the forums with the same "hate" posts over and over is what he did.
SMS response was somewhat excessive but I completely understand them from a more human perspective.

Almost looks like he breaks to the speed for the next big turn. Waaaaaay too slow for that corner on the track. You can take that one almost flat, as in just lifting your foot for a bit.

Don't have experience with this game but on others you take that turn like that. And if a car was that slow he'd have mechanical problems or got a flag for dangerous driving tbh
