That's the spirit!
When it comes to Telltale games, a "Previously on" should be mandatory xD

kazemaky wrote: | how do i make it use the last episode's save games. using isodemo |
just go to c:/prog.Data/Steam/UrName/250320/
copy all of the stuff in there to:
(or where ever ISODEMO did put theyr steam saves)
c:/prog.Data/CODEX/UrName/250320/
and u should be all good to go...
u can also, take everything in the "teh wolf among us2" install folder and just move it into the "The Wolf among us" Folder from the first part..
i did it. now i have it liek teh walking dead. all in one folder, both episodes..

The actual saves are in MyDocuments\Telltale games\The Wolf Among Us
Copying should work.

Actually, the issue is that CODEX release saves to:
My Documents\Telltale Games\The Wolf Among Us Ep 2
While RELOADED ep1 release does it in:
My Documents\Telltale Games\The Wolf Among Us
Just copy saves from one to the other location and everything should be fine.

Gotta say, the length and content offered by this episode are a bit of a joke. Now off to wait another 5 months for the next 40minute long episode.

As I understand it, Spoiler: | Snow plays an integral part in the books or comics or whatever, so most of those who read them saw it coming, so better to just move on with it I think. Plus if she wasn't revealed at the begining, the whole episode wouldn't have made much sense. |

well i did see it coming because even though i haven't read the books, i assumed it would turn out the way it did.... but as i said, id rather a bit of TIME had passed before it was revealed.
*sits back*
yes... *rubs chin* i think thats vague enough to avoid spoiling anything...
and re: the episode making sense
Spoiler: | im not saying it didnt make sense in terms of the episode narrative, im just saying that i wish the story had been different so as to not IMMEDIATELY have her return... as i said, i would have rather had a period with bigby being angry and upset, before a much more surprising return. having her show up IMMEDIATELY when the episode started, felt kinda cheap given how the first ep ended... it almost undermined the weight of the first episodes ending, and i think the story could have done something quite interesting with the bigby character if he thought she was dead for a while, thats all im saying. |

Does this require episode 1 to be installed? I downloaded the Complex release and it crashes at startup.

Far to fucking short, Just like Walking Dead s2e1. Also, the twist was far to predictable.

After seeing how short the first ep was, I won't touch this untill the season is done. Even though I enjoyed it very much, I wouldn't pay a penny for this.

Ok there's a rumor going around that the reason it took so long to get it out, was that they rewrote it, because the community guessed the murderer...

What are you talking about? WD came out in december, Wolf episode one came out in October.

You can easily buy the whole season for $15..
Let's say you get 10h in total from the season; that's a rip off?

I dont like episodic content in any form mostly except for some TV shows.
This is fantastic game but it was so short and we have to wait so long

If the rest of the episodes are as short as ep2 there is no way this season will be 10 hours long.

Hmm there where some scenes in the first episodes preview at the end i didnt see in the second episode, but i thought it was because of my choices or the preview was for future episodes too.

Being ridiculously short was only one of the problems (imo). The narration felt contrived and possibly even more scripted than usual, though the story and characters are so good that always make me forget about the negativity...sort of
My biggest complaint as usual in these recent Telltale games is the lack of interactivity/proper investigation/adventure elements that require some thinking. I like the hand-holding here, but sometimes I feel like it's a bit too much, and it's starting to bother me because this formula needs some fresh elements asap. That said, the wait commences..again..and again

id imagine they're saving all that innovation for the fucking borderlands one which is such an epic shame because im totally LOVING the fable world and this story... im genuinely INTO the story when i play it, but i hate this nagging feeling that telltale is dropping the ball on it because they're too focused on their new GOT and borderplands games...

Hehe, maybe there won't be any innovation. They fully embraced the if it ain't broke, don't fix it mentality
"But we can still improve it, you know, by adding puzzles or making choices less black and white or.."
"NO! TOO RISKY. The formula will stay like this, forever!" "only with shorter episodes because we have a lot of work to do here"
