There are not much pc exclusives, especially not with super uber graphics.
It depends on the games you want to play. Do you like space sims? Do you want to play Star Citizen? Well, that would be an exclusive with good graphics.
Apart from that, if you don't care about modding and the highest graphics settings, stay on your console
My PC can't handle the highest graphic settings either, but modding and having full control about the software I am running is crucial for me.
And of course steam and cheap cd keys and bundles

How about just not having to pay the ridiculous prices on PS4 and XBO as a starter? Saving 20+ EUR per game is nothing to sneeze at
And then there's the flexibility of being able to use KB/M when you want to.

Point being most console games can't achieve 60fps and 1080p

Depending on how many games you guy, and how long a console generation lasts, PC gaming can be more expensive, but this is a pirate forum, so if I assume correctly, that you pirate a lot of games, then you are at least even. But this is besides the point.
The point is THE EXPERIENCE. You see, PC gaming is about the absolutely superior experience, and there are multiple factors to it.
There is the undeniable graphical fidelity advantage, which is simply that much better. When it comes to sensory pleasure (yes, this is a very real thing) and immersion, nothing beats PC, not even close.
Then you have choice of input method: you want a controller? You can use it, but when it comes to input bandwidth (when you interface with the machine) K+M is just so much superior, that shooters will become a whole other dimension.
Then there is the fact, that you can use your PC for that much more, as it's not only a dudebro device.
Also important is the community. For obnoxious 12 year olds and dudebros, the gaming place to be is on the Consoles. With PC, you get less of that shit - unless for some reason you decide to play online f2p shits, but then you deserve your fate anyway.
The only thing you give up is the comfort of your couch - but you can still take naps in them, which is the primary purpose of couches, so nothing's lost, basically.

You can't simply 'become' a PC Gamer, you have to be born as one
In all seriousness, go for it, absolutely. Even if you're not a fan of strategy games or old-school RPGs (in which case, ), you still have a gigantic amount of titles available, a much better control scheme (especially for shooters), better visual quality with extreme customization/tweaking and motherfucking mods. Loads of mods!
You can fix/change/enhance everything on PC (well..almost. We couldn't fix Dragon Age 2 for example )
As for exclusives, it all depends on your tastes. But one thing is for sure, even with multi-platform games, it will be hard for you to go back to your console (ask KillerCrocker )...unless you like playing your games from the couch while sipping some Dew. But this ain't the case, right?

srsly.. I was playing more and enjoying myself a lot more on 360... playing much more in general. Now that I have great pc for over a year now, I don't play all that much... and when i do I am reminded that pc is still pc at its best and at its worst. Compatibility issues, problems and so on.
For me it was like this until now:
1997-2008. Fantastic years of pc gaming. Enjoying myself with a slow trending down towards the end. at the end there, less and less games been coming out on pc and we were getting shitty ports all over. pc gaming at the end of 2008-9 was a mess imo. Plenty of problems and shitstained ports while glorious consoles had it all (that time)
2009-2012. 360. Playing plenty of games again. Leaving all the pc problems aside, just playing games. Playing and enjoying. Its called "ignorance is bliss" mode.
2013-now. Pc gaming regained strenght. Ports are good now (or just brute forced good by how many times pc's are faster now than consoles) So leaving console behind and going back (even tho I never left pc gaming as I've still was finishing games like cryostasis, dead space and so on on pc during my console time)
Now I am graphics whore again who don't play games much but sits inside his pc, dusting all the components off and doing cable management. And when I start the game, I test it for 8 hours with different settings or try to fight some stuttery vsync bug mostly.
Even tho now everything is rather perfect. Radeonpro helps to fix everything fps wise and force antyaliasing on everything at most. Games work well and I have huge library on steam, I dont play all that much. Maybe there are not much games now or I am in this weird state being almost 25yo. You know what I mean.
But I also know myself. I KNOW that if there is options menu in game, with sliders and bars, I am going to go fucking nuts and test everything out and adjust the hell out of ini files instead of just playing the game.
I do love pc in the middle of my heart tho. Even tho all its problems, Its the choice and power. You can do screenshots like postcards, play indie games, aaa games, adjust fov, fps and all the settings to Your liking. in short - console is a limited pc for people who dont want options or dont care. I am just a terrible persone who wants best image quality and fps possible but my terrible options addiction takes over too often.
Example - remember chronicles of Riddick Dark Athena recently? I've been fighting its stencil shadows and shader aliasing for 2-3 days and not finished the game... But at least I made the game perfect and screenshoted it to hell
Last pc game i've finished was Dark Souls thankfully. and boy oh boy was it fantastic experience again. It was jsut as on 360 but 4k and 60-30 (I had been switching framerate limiter in some places) fps. And screenshots I took are incredible. Thank god for pc and sweetfx
edit: And remember. Murphy laws are incredibly correct when it comes to pc. The game You want to play most at the time, will most likely be broken in some way or not compatibile
edit: Actually, I felt better after writing this text. yeah. Pc is quite fucking awesome

Upgrading is a fad nowadays, unless it's for witcher 3, you don't need a titan card at all.
Any mid-range card can still max out most games just fine.
