!

I ate a pizza all the time thinking it's not my order, but someone's else.

I paid a different price than the website said it would cost and it was 10 minutes early... and event the receipt had really weird information.

But the secretary brought it directly to me, so it had to be mine :U

Happy ending: It was mine, some company discount reduced the price by 1 €, pizza place was simply fast (I think someone had not picked up their pizza or something since mine was cold already and it took only 20 minutes from the order to be brought here) and the weird information in the receipt was that they have the company in a database, and whenever someone from here orders a pizza, they replace the customer information with the company information.

anyway...

was horribly uncomfortable to eat a pizza without knowing if it's mine.

You should come to Iasi and order from Alila, I mean, they're not what they used to be, but still, best pizza ever.
Also, must've been horrible man, absolutely horrible.

In Norway pizza is proper thick American pizza. In other european countries (iv visited so far) it seems to be Italian pizza that is the default Sad Iv got nothing against Italian pizza, but a lot of times in Sweden iv been thinking WOW thats really cheap for a large pizza... and then I get why -.-

Make em at home dammit!

60% flour, 40% semolina, a little bit salt, a bit more sugar, beer, yeast, a bit olive oil.

Mix dat shit properly (always try to fold the dough and don't apply too much useless pressure. use proper amount of beer, a hard dough is as shit as some slimey result). If it's a bit too sticky you can add a little bit more flour or just apply some olive oil on your hands so that the dough doesn't stick.

Let the dough rest in a cup on a warm place and cover it with a wet towel, so that it doesn't dry out.

After ~30 minutes-1 hour your dough is ready.

In the meantime you should've mixed tomato paste (triple concentrated) with a little bit of water, olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, chilli, sugar and salt. Add more water if it's not fluid enough.

Take a nice fistful of dough, and gently apply pressure from the middle to the outer parts and make it a nice flat dough. Don't squeeze the air of the little bubbles, they are what make your dough nice!

Now without wasting much time quickly apply the prepared tomato sauce. Cut nice little cherry tomatoes and Mozzarella into slices and layout on pizza. Place some basil on top and in the pre heated oven at max temperature.
(at this point you can of course add whatever you want on top but at the same time you will risk crucifixion by ixi Shocked In that case use gouda, the older the better)

Wait.

Enjoy.

You really prefer that over the one with the jalapenos? Those meatball and ham toppings are just dreadful.

Let that just be your opinion Smile Compared to other meatballs i've tried from similar products, these are delicious.

Edit: Ohh, and i don't really like spicy pizza. I'd rather use bell pepper.

Any lager or white bear (I go for the cheapest beer I can get for pizza) Smile Because it already has yeast in it, it will make your dough lighter and there will be almost next to no taste of beer in the final pizza, just in case you were worried Smile

I've had that once, and I remember there being something off with the taste of those meatballs - might've been just a bad batch. And yeah spicy pizzas are usually pretty bad, like that Lidl one - overpowers all the other flavors so you might as well be eating dough with hot sauce.

normaly i like italian style the most but when it comes to frozen pizzas i like the big ones from wagner the most. (bbq chicken and all kind of diavoli versions)

of course there are some others which are ok.
"die ofenfrische" from dr oetker (think it's the same like the casa di mama one) and
"steinofen" from wagner is also good Smile

wouldn't say it's a "real" pizza but i like this new thing called "pizza burger"

Surprised

homemade is all good but you just cannot get it like in a restaurant.
my oven doesn't even has circulating air in it.
it tasted good and all but it's just not the same.

also only flour, salt, water, yeast and maybe a little bit oil comes into a "real" pizza dough.

It's 'deep dish' pizza, and it's disgusting. The key to a good pizza is not overdoing it. If you cram too much ingredients the pizza will suck imo...
