What a tired franchise, this and Halo need to go away. I also call bullshit that Black Tusk's e3 presentation was never meant to be a game, why would you show it? They obv got the gears franchise and decided to scrap Black Tusks work and make them create the next gears game.

I see nothing wrong, as long as you don't start claiming the franchise has a very good, deep intricate story and elaborate gameplay
They're just a thirteen-in-a-dozen games and I found 1+2 boring as hell, never tried the third.

i don't claim that, but was it some of the best coop fun i had last gen? hell yes.
i think ppl here hate gears because:
a) butthurt due to gears2-3 never making to pc
b) think of it as single player game when it's coop centric.

I find gears game to be very entertaining gears 3 was really good from fun factor judgement was the worse of series

Gears 1 & 2 were really good. 3 wasn't so good but still enjoyable. Shit loads better than Halo imo.

Need to make the distinction between God of War and Gears of War. God came 18 months before Gears, so that gets the short one.
