Have u actually seen/used this display?
Please give me a little more input on a bit more intelligent level about what is so bad about it?
Like I said, I don't want to turn this into bashing, but before you make such statement about a fine piece of hardware you could give a bit more input about what is so bad about it. If you need me to post anymore reviews from other sites I can do that, I used cnet as just the most mainstream site I could think of, but what I'm really going off is my personal experience with this display.
So lets stop all senior/junior crap ... I don't know you and you sure don't know me, so why don't you write something a bit more smart and discussion worthy in your next post?
fuck ...

As a practice, I don't buy dell anything. Theres a new HP LCD monitor coming out that should outperform those Dell monitors, however, they ARE good LCD monitors. No where near the best quality, but some of the best bang for your buck.
Upcoming HP LCD:

hp looks pretty sweet, except i kinda like the widescreen option better on a 24" just because I can watch movies and use programs like photoshop better that way on top of the usual use for gaming ... and again ... U cant beat the $750 price. basically would you rather get any other 24" screen priced 1300$ and up or a $750 dell monitor which performs awesome with a nice 7800GTX to go with it ... anyway, back on topic, the "senior" was not able to think of anything smart to say ...
Fear is gonna be awesome ... I am looking forward to some late night gaming with this awesome title ... 7 days to go !

The HP is widescreen (1920x1200). It's the same exact LG.Philips screen as the Apple 23" Cinema HD Display, only without the Idiot Tax that goes along with buying Apple hardware. Dell uses a 24" Samsung screen, which might not be a SIPS screen but it is still a damned fine looking display. Considering you can buy the Dell for $744 today, and the nearest competitor is about $300 more, I think the Dell wins easily.
Another reason why I would buy from Dell is that you can return the screen to them for replacement even if there's just 1 dead pixel. Try doing that with a HP screen you bought from buy.com, they'll laugh at you.
