No it's not, the discounts are not active yet. |
Apparently it only works on some titles for now, i.e. NBA2k14.

The discounts doesn't even work on all titles form that list. They don't work on Crysis 3 yet, for example.

Have you tried unofficial patch? Fixed most of the problems. Finished it nearly a year ago with minimal crashes  |
thought i tried everything, but i can try again... really wanted to play it. |
