Based on the critically acclaimed series of novels from Kelley Armstrong. Set in Toronto and upper New York State, BITTEN follows the adventures of 28-year-old Elena Michaels, the world’s only female werewolf. An orphan, Elena thought she finally found her “happily ever after” with her new love Clayton, until her life changed forever. With one small bite, the normal life she craved was taken away and she was left to survive life with the Pack.

Good news is I saw an American critic on twitter who got screeners from SYFY describe it as very bloody and very naked. The partial nude scenes will likely remain but SYFY may edit some of the stronger sexual content.
It will be broadcasted by SyFy for the American audience, so I guess we should prolly get Canadian HDTV rips when the series airs. Just in case
I've never read the books, so I have no idea what kind of material we are talking here about quality wise. But I , for a change, would like to see a proper werewolves version of HBO's True Blood. I just hope it doesn't turn into the vampire diaries shit
Oh, and I don't quite like the lead actress. I've never been impressed with this girl tbh.
Added to sickbeard, it may be shite but fuck it I will grab all episodes and give it a shot if I get bored.

Saner is not being serious. Unless its the subject of Santa!
I'm actually trying to decide which of the shows I've been watching to completely remove from my yearly schedule. "The Following" officially won the first ticket out. "The Walking Dead" has a verdict on hold depending on if the second half of the current season is totally crap like S3's or not. "The Blacklist" might get kicked out the door at the end of this first season if the plot doesn't get any more interesting quickly despite all the awesomeness of James Spader. As much as I like Almost Human, it will probably get cancelled saving me the effort.
So, you see, I just can't be taking any new mediocre shows because they got some hot chick, or an interesting topic, or certain great actor, etc. Plus, this:

Meh the Following S01 was naff, but I have it still in my list in the hope the second improves. Have not watched Walking dead S04 yet or The Blacklist (have both downloaded)
I tend to wait for seasons to finish airing (with very few exceptions) I love a good TV show binge, and I get fed up with 64 month wait between episodes because of some shite like eggball, thats before I think about the fact as soon as I get into a show it ends on a cliffhanger and gets cancelled.

The Following ( I couldn't get past first 3-5 episodes. it's one of the most ridiculously stupid and pretentious shows Ive ever seen)
The Walking Dead (it has got boring)
Almost Human (I gave it a chance, it failed me)
As for the blacklist... I will prolly give it a chance to see if the plot gets better, same as you
Still, we have Banshee s02+ true detective+black sails in January and then comes February ..aah..
And I cant wait for :
Les Revenants season 2
House of Cards season 2
Hannibal Season 2
The Americans Season 2
Well, regardless of whether it turns out to be good or bad (most likely) I have to say, that SyFy wont be the one to praise or to blame. They just distribute it in the US.
As for moaning, boobs and whatnot ,sadly, I'm not even sure it's the case, but we'll see pretty soon
I just hope that one day HBO decides to make a tv series based on Anita Blake novels. now that would be epic boobs and gore wise
Was hoping this show could've been alright considering Orphan Black is from the same network. But this shit might as well come from ABC or CW it's so bad...

Yeah. it was kinda obvious I guess, anyways;)) But I still had hopes. Alas...
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
