KOTOR 1/2 and Baldur's Gate 1/2 aren't in your list, but I assume you have already played them, right? 
There isn't much when it comes to recent-ish games though.  Divinity II, Mars: War Logs and Kingdoms of Amalur could qualify, but they aren't very 'tactical', they're action RPGs. Still very good games in my opinion, especially the former.

It was. But it's very hard to find a retail copy. I've got mine a few years back from a friend that was in Netherlands. Spotted on an online store there and asked him to buy it for me. I did the same stuff for Drakensang: River of Time and Phileason's Secret.
You should be able to find Venetica on Amazon.

Is Gamersgate safe to buy from? Last time I tried, the page where you enter your credit/debit card details was not HTTPS: so i didn't trust it.
