Never understood the beauty some people see in that type of lip enhancement, then again I guess it's the same with enormous over-sized breasts or assess, people just like different things.
(Or those silicon ball inlays and other stuff like split tongues and the like.)
EDIT: I guess it's a local thing as well, down south I believe a big arse and wide hips is a sign of great fertility, earlier in time being overweight was a sign of status and wealth as far as I remember as well.
(And in ancient Greece and Rome I believe they liked slim athletic builds with small proportions, thus all the male statues having small penises and such, ha ha well I kinda like athletic builds myself although full muscle enhancements are a bit much.)
