Well my md5 hash of baldur.exe is:

and the file is called:

Works fine.

OK, I compared both Update 1 releases, and it seems that RELOADED release is missing to update some files (which leads to visual corruption):
data\25Items.bif
data\Areas.bif
data\GUIFont.bif
data\GUIIcon.bif
data\Hd0GMosc.bif
data\Items.bif
data\Neera.bif
data\Rasaad.bif
Update 1 by RELOADED should be NUKED!
P.S.
Both cracks work correctly.

Actually, it's Chinese. And since 3DMGAME (as well as ALI213) are Chinese groups, they host on sites in their region. And their releases are rarely propagated to other areas in the world, since they are not technically part of the "scene".

Can't really see why they didn't just release the non-steam, directly-from-developer version. It came out earlier and doesn't have any protection.

(The launcher for playing and updating the game requires logging in with a valid account.)

To download it yes, but once you have the game you don't need the launcher to run it, can just use the exe file.

Was grabbing Baldurs.Gate.II.Enhanced.Edition.Update.1.and.Crack-3DM at a rather poor 50kb/s thanks to those shit hosting sites. What happens it stops at 98%!

Damn it. I had the same problem with downloading 3dm update.
Anyway, i was wondering will it work without visual corruptions if i download reloaded release, copy/paste those files peter980 posted to a safe place, then download/apply reloaded patch and put back those files back into install directory?

Not really. As I said, those files where not patched in relodead release, while game expects them to be patched.
Thus corruption...
