Though according to one post I saw that example is in regards to 4K and SLI although other posts do show that there is a performance gain in general as well so that might have been inaccurate.

Im sure its just the wankstain netcode... for me its fucking terrible!
Before you all go on saying Jippy learn to aim, you are shit etc etc, most of you remember me in bf3 and i aint a bad player...
jumped into a tdm server today and managed about erm 3 kills? the rest of the time i get killed from every which direction in ways which dont seem possible.
I've tried several guns and watching most people they seem to be hip firing and going nuts... i've tried a large majority of scopes and grips on my basic guns which i've unlocked a lot for and i cant seem to get these guns at a decent enough level where i can actually kill someone quickly.
moreover i'll empty a clip and these guys all seem to 1 shot or 2 shot me.... i literally dont have time to respond to any 1 on 1 fights.... its like i should be firing a second before i even want to kill someone... and i cant believe for a second its because i have slow reflexes when i used to do perfectly fine in bf3.
i havent pissed around with that latency slider thing ingame, i believe its still on 50% by default??
got a ping of about 60-80 which i always had in bf3 and never had any issues... i swear this game has some basic netcode issues which are still severely borked...
i just cant be assed to bring myself into a game and leave thinking that either the entire server is full of cheaters or that the game is bugged to fuck.
like i said, its not fps issues... game runs smooth, one on one combat infantry style though just feels really wrong.
got a load of mates here ex bf3 players and they all agree that something feels really wrong with it....
I recall lots of people here complaining about similar things at the beginning, now you are all loving the title (happy for you)
i'm just wondering if you've gotten used to the bullshit netcode and are able to play using it now as opposed to them having actually fixed anything.
go back to bf3 and have a game and i'll be fucking amazed if you dont think the infantry combat in that feels way fucking superior to bf4 (a new title)

@jippyuk I had the same problems as you. I just worked on my precognitive skills and now I have become much better at the game.
 Spoiler: | There is something wrong with the game. I got fairly good at BF3 after about 60 hours of gameplay.. Top half of the scoreboard with 2:1 KD ratio or better. In this game I can still have really bad rounds like I'm still a noob, even after playing for more than 60 hours. |

It's the same for me and as I've said before multiple times, change server. If you can't kill couple different enemies normally or die instantly, it's a bad server for you. Ping has nothing to do it with, it's some bug still left from BF3, it was as horrible for me always in the only BF3 server where humpers used to play that hosted all the expansion map, extracommunity or what it was.
But I can get on ok server or even good server if I'm lucky. Just couple hours ago I even managed to dodge incoming fire! Anyways, before you get a refund, shoot a bit on one server, if it feels bad change and repeat until it works.
Bad part of all this is it's impossible to get all humpers to one server and have it be good for all. But usually the other humpers (that don't have future enemies) kill the enemy / revive you, so the pain of bad server (for you) is not that great.

This is the culprit and more of it is left, guess that is done when you join the server so it will be bad for the rest of the stay if it bugs.

You boys need to play more shooters. There's nothing in BF4's netcode that I haven't seen in other games already. Sure, there's a few things to get used to (for example, you need to lead a bit more than you need to in BF3 on moving targets), but unless whoever you're shooting at is some scumbag with a ping of 130 (or ze lovely French with 50% packetloss on non-French servers because former Wanadoo still control routing and suck at it) I don't really have issues hitting things :/
Have you all only ever played BF games (and with played I mean for more than a few hours)? I think you're just still not used to it. We had the same nonsense during early BF3, where people kept raging about being unable to hit things, but now it's golden all of a sudden?
