To be completely honest, regardless of what game it is, the very NOTION of a 30fps cap should be abolished and should never be an issue to PC gamers. It's infuriating.

I didn't say "random dude" - I said "a poster on NeoGAF", perhaps I should have said "Youtube personality" since that's what VVV are. EG and PCGH both say the same thing, I'm more inclined to believe them than "I spoke to a developer, they love us, only us, they lie to everyone else, it's all good baby, rate, comment and subscribe!"  In the end it doesn't matter if it's capped or not, the developers outright stated "capped across all platforms" and didn't differentiate, you believe VVV while I believe EG/PCGH - so now all that's left is to wait and see.

wat..... they actually capped this at 30FPS? What in the fuck... why?
I was one of the few that enjoyed the recent most wanted, but rivals is just ridiculous :/

Last Need for Speed i played, i cut some guy in a corner, he flew 100m upwards spinning like he was in a blender. Then, 15sec later he was back, passed thru me like a bullet and got the lead again. Same cars, mine was full upgraded with performance shit. Alt+f4, uninstall, delete. They dont even try to mask their lame catch-up mechanics.

There's a lot of aliasing and not any real AA options, game is very arcade oriented though to me it's fun although those looking for something realistic won't find it in this game.
Lots of hints about AllDrive, you have to finish a series of tutorials before you can truly play the game and the intro movie is seriously annoying.
Oh and yeah, 30 frames per second only.
That's about it for the mostly negative things I can think of for now.
(Haven't played long enough to have a real opinion on the game but it's easy to pick out the flaws even from this short sequence.)
