Because they didn't buy the PS4. By page 4 Sabin there are about 24 verified amazon purchases. All trolls? I hope so, but is this true so many DOA systems? Holy cow!

Tons of people have been trolling lying about broken PS4's, Sony has confirmed its actually a small amount of defects. Most of those people not only on Amazon, but other places have been lying, and don't even own a PS4, but are just adding fuel to the fire because they think it's funny, or are Xbox fanboys.
It's very easy to post dishonest reviews, I bought a PS4 from Amazon as well, whats stopping me from posting a fake negative review and giving it a one star and saying OMG my PS4 is dead on arrival. Clearly it would be a lie. But some people are just aholes like that where they feel it's funny. That is why I don't believe it. Even this youtuber feels the same.
Also look at this video of this guys PS4, look how dirty it is, I mean WTF read the top comment. Way suspect. How is his PS4 that dirty and messed up already? Clearly trolling, or some random Microsoft employee. Trying to make the PS4 look ugly and bad.

That's why I said "the rest" It's already been confirmed that 1.50 has caused some horrible issues (and that build defect that has a shard of metal sticking up in the HDMI port) but there's also a lot of fanboyism and I most certainly wouldn't accept the one-star reviews from people that haven't bought the system. We can pretty much expect the same thing when the XB launches too.

I think hardware issues are not big for a console launch. Software? The will patch it in a week or two. So that is not the problem. But games? What games? The lineups are so poor, that is hard for me to imagine why someone owning a decent PC (or even 360/ps3) would buy any of these right now.
Xbox One is going to have several issues I'm sure with sudden shift from always online to offline they had to make several software and this would be visible during first few days of launch

Two videos from the SAME ONE person does not a noise issue make - especially considering none of the (p)reviews have mentioned noise issues - unless of course they're all paid off in order to make Microsoft look bad, amirite? Nobody here is saying the machine is perfect, we're saying take the negative feedback so far with a huge pinch of salt, especially when it's coming from people that supposedly don't even own the machine (I bought it elsewhere and just thought I'd come to Amazon to review it, honest guv'nor!) or spout the same Xbox-related comments too. Funny how people's memories are so selective and short-termed, or did the $1bn MS cost for fixing RRoD (which still persists even today, seven years later) skip everyone's minds?
Foxconn interns were coerced into working production lines in factories else risk failing their university courses? Seems like some may (MAY) have sabotaged production. Again; pinch + salt.

You have consistently denied any and every advance Sony or the PS4 has, right from the start. No fact, no benchmark, no set of figures, has been enough -- all have been cast aside when presented to you. So no.. we don't overestimate Sony, you overestimate the XB.
Forza 5 looks great and it's a huge feather in the cap having it running at 60fps, rather than 30fps for DriveClub. Regardless of how good it looks - having a racing game at 30fps is just wrong

as for me,if I'm getting console,it will probably PS4,because of more intersting exclusives,and it will be with better model and fixed DS4 battery,which reported to be around 8 hours
1080p is nice but it is worthless if there won't be great games.

no doubt boner will have some good exclusives, but whatever they get can never compare to sony exclusives with developers like naughty dog and santa monica.
also not to forget about all the unique japanese games that a boner player will have to miss out on.
Oh gee, Quantum Break *might* be somewhat interesting. That makes it 2 exclusives that *might* be interesting on a console that otherwise is more expensive, doesn't come without Kinect, is weaker (meaning the multi-plat scale is tipped the other side this time, no matter how you look at it) and has a whole shitload of features that will barely work, if at all, in 80% of the countries it'll be sold in. Don't be mistaken, all the fancy TV and voice shit won't work in a *lot* of countries - even NL. They didn't work it out on the 360, they won't work it out now.
Damn thing is just *at least* €100 too expensive. And there should be a version without Kinect for another €100 less. And what exclusives can they still possibly get besides those 2? I can come up with Lionhead who may or may not put out a good game. But besides them it's all been mediocre at best on the 360 (no, KC, GeoW is not mind blowing ).
And most countries don't even get it until next year
I think that Xbox One still has a better launch line up, and is getting good exclusives like Forza and that Remedy Game (and maybe Ryse, can't be that shitty), but in the end, I always know that in the long term, I'll prefer Sony exclusives...
Couldn't care less about Halo, Titanfall, Fable, Bores of War or whatever exclusive there is.
This gen, as much as I loved my 360, I ended up remembering more PS3 games than 360 ones.
I think I ended up loving the 360 a lot because it was kinda cheap and was hacked quite early.
Now this time, you get both consoles at the same time, non are hacked for now, so that's different. I can really live without Forza, that's for sure. But I know I wouldn't be able to live without my Naughty Dog fix, every game they have done are classics, and unless they are pulling a Blizzard, I have no doubt that I'll enjoy their PS4 games too.
Also, it's been confirmed there is a Uncharted game on PS4 and a Quantic Dream game so.... that was a no brainer.
Only thing that could be silly is me getting a PS4 at launch, since it has a weak line up... but oh well, I know it will never be dusty for too long.
Still, gotta admit that if I had bought the PS3 instead of 360 back then (bought the 360 in 2006 IIRC, and PS3 was already out), I would have been mad, since I pirated the shit out of 360 and enjoyed many game.
Until PSJailbreak came out and got myself a PS3, I barely had to use my 360 anymore except for XBLA stuff I think.
But it has more to do about piracy than anything, I guess I would have bought a Xbox One too if you could pirate it already ?
I take killzone and resogun over ryse and forza, tho ryse might actualll be good. Gameplay is not qte only, like some people really wanted it to look like this. It looks like normal god of war esque game. Graphics seem really nice.

Same here cyclone. Pirated the hell out of 360 during this gen and really enjoyed it's games. I really like it's exclusives, especially gears of war, which still looks way more interesting for me than god of war. Tho later on, ps3 exclusives really started to shine... shame I had to watch some of them on Youtube. all in all - 360 was a good system. Especially in the beginning. It lasted too long tho. During last year, everything I booted on my pc beats last gen consoles so much that It prolly beats next gen consoles too
This gen tho, now that we know what sone exclusives can be like, ps4 is a no brainer like You say and I don't think we will see exclusive games from Epic on 360 like gow was last gen
