What's the cheapest option to buy for UK. Can't really afford this atm.

I grabbed my X Rebirth from a guy called iHEO on steam for 25 dollars. Not sure if he still sells it though, but you could ask Smile He's a great guy

Yeah usually.. However one thing is the updates on games like these. You get the initial yar release and then start missing out on updates later on.

And if I wait for the yar version I know for a fact i'll be waiting while everyone is playing!

However I've thrown a ridiculous ammount of monies at Elite so this might have to wait.

I found cheapest on Amazon 34,99 (Steam 39,99).

Ordered quite a bit of stuff from them, had no problems thus far. Waiting to get my keys for 2 copies of this game, and will be surprised if I get before Friday, the release date here in UK, which is fine.

The official word is that it will be unlocked on Friday at 1:00pm CET. There will be a small day one patch for Steam users and a hefty 1.5gb patch for the DVD Version.
