I wonder if there will be a way to bypass the online requirement for the Edward's Fleet system.
I guess it all depends on how the game is designed, if everything is done offline and the UPlay check is just there to annoy players, then there could be a way around.
On the other hand if some functions or moves are calculated server-side its never going to work offline.

Can't get it to work, it just immediately crashes but I'll try to figure it out, could be anything so I don't immediately suspect it's the crack though I can't say for sure what's causing it.
(Possibly the UPlay version I have is newer than this method supports.)

It uses the UPlay files (It doesn't remove the protection from the exe.) so I am fairly sure it requires the client too or it won't have the needed files.
EDIT: Changes for version 1.01 (Seems to be part of the install already.)

Is it possible just to feed it the files from uplay? Is installation is really mandatory?
(in this case I with the same success could play legit one)

There's no installer, just the folder and the registry file with some useful settings.
(I don't think said reg file is part of any of the Http direct-download editions such as the one by IAmAwesome.)
