I think that is bad for most of the humble bundle buyers. Most HB bundles went for an average of $5. Now you can go and buy single games for $7.49, lowering the chance that those will appear in a HB at pay what you want.

Probably yes. But it's good competition for steam daily sales because the price is in $ no matter were you live.

I don't think it will make any difference to the humble bundles but in any case - most of the recent humble bundles haven't even been made up of these indie titles.
