so I did it again Laughing

Too bad the multi is almost dead. Atleast I could install few mods.

This one is a must have for career mode:
http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/resources/true-to-life-ai.1050/
It improves AI, handling, tyre wear and fucking damage, your car is no longer battle tank... You can choose RBR, Ferrari, Mercedes, Mclaren from the start. I recommend to install no rain mod (included) as the tyre wear in wet is still fucked up.

Custom Helmets, much better than Codies default ones... Laughing

http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/resources/supla-helmet-pack-2-hd-sd.1502/
better led display module for wheels (I am using 3x5):
http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/resources/realistic-led-display-module.1165/
TV inspired HUD:
http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/resources/tv-inspired-osd.2208/updates

new cockpit cam:
http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/threads/stunning-true-to-life-cockpit.76721/
track updates:
http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/resources/abu-dhabi-gp-track-update.884/
you can find all other track updates on authors page:
http://www.racedepartment.com/forum/resources/authors/chargingcar.150852/?page=4

and you are good to go. Enjoy F1 2013 season Smile

car skins are also available, but for me are Codies ones HD enough Smile

The AI mod was pretty good as far as I remember (game's limitations-aside), at least it made races less "fake" and dampened the annoying DestructionDerby factor a bit. Razz
It's such a shame that the physics are so simplified in these games, I'm craving for a F1 sim with proper career and all Okay (rFactor has downloadable cars and tracks, but AI isn't exactly excellent, and doesn't really have a solid single-player mode in general)

It is a good mod but no rain just ruins the whole project. Rain is a major factor in F1 as it can alter a whole race in minutes.
GP4 is still in a good shape after all these years.

I was under the impression that the tyre wear problems in rain conditions are worse because of the True To Life mod.

no, but still it seems the AI is much faster and their tyres last longer Sad

edit: I mean I can match their pace for few laps, but then my tyres goes to shit... and sayonara good result. Sad
