looks like my SIII says the SD card is broken and it doesnt show up in file browser anymore.

I dont have my microsd to usb stick at home atm but when i do any recovery software out there that specializes on microsd?

None that I have seen. Have you tried it in another phone?

I'd get a multi-card reader from DirectExpress: http://dx.com/s/multi+card+reader
