support tech guy told me yesterday, I had 2 options :
1- close paypal dispute and wait for problem solve
Micheal:
2- continue paypal case and wait for to paypal answer at least 10 days
I'll wait to see what you get ... to cancel the dispute ...
He confessed they sold 5000 FM2014 keys. 5000 x 20 euros = lot of money
Its removed from their site now ...

They say they'll even refund the paypal fee too... I don't know, I paid through Paymentwall. I hope I can get a refund, because I've ordered it from other (Hungarian) site, so I can support SI from my own country.
Just to know: Sports Interactive/SEGA watches how many sales are made in a country and based on that they release official localization. That's why it's the best to buy the game in your own country (and from a hungarian/etc wherever you live retailer).

Well, in my case, they have replied to the paypal dispute as follows:
Seller: Hello,We sent to product to the buyer without problem and they activated without problem.Best Regards
Which, as we all know, is blatant lies. I contacted paypal that I have proof (chat records, screenshots) that shows that is not the case. Sure hope to get the money back.

Well, if they can say that, they can say anything then  , hence, there is no point in wasting time contacting support.
Give Paypal all the evidence you have, copies of everything, and let them deal with the shady bastards. It will take a while, but rest assured, you will get the money back eventually.
Best make other plans as regards getting a copy of the game in the meantime

Yeah, I've been postponing getting another copies (bought 2, one for my brother) because I was afraid I'd get stuck if fastergameshop eventually delivers...but the possibility is slim now, at least for me. Just noticed they have changed my order status to 'canceled' on their site ( I think it was 'complete' before). I can still see the beta keys though in order history.

The latest 3DM crack taking the game to version 14.1.3 seems to correct many of the crashes and freezing in game. I can actually play it now and get past the september freeze date (I'm not going to play it though because the ME is still a mess and we will have to wait for SI to fix that)

EDIT : Ahh, silly me! That was a just a beta key, there was another key for main game waiting in my account.

Yup. I feel your pain. Had it done to me a few times, but paying with Paypal has always insured me of my money back Their system is a PITA, yes, but with enough evidence, it always prevails
Last case I had with them was 'Simshitty V', I proved it was shit, simple, they agreed, money back (still feel bad about actually paying for that to this day lol)

Think this is the worst match engine ever (for me at least). I have these instructions: retain possession, work ball into box, more disciplined, play out of defence.
And what I see EVERY F-CKING GAME?
Shots 20 long shots 18
Defenders just kicking the ball out of play or to the opponent half every time there's an attack from the opposition.
Pissing me off. Luckily, for the first time in years, I also have several other interesting games to play until this is fixed.

Agreed, on top of all that, I finished a season in the Croatian Division only to find that season 2 had no fixtures, the Champions League was playable but not the league itself... I've never seen this many bugs in their game and I've been playing since CM97/98. It's driving me mental...
