On WIN-7, everything on Ultra + MSAA 4 ~33 fps. (1080p)
everything on Ultra without MSAA ~45 fps. (1080p)
honestly it depending on scene, with a lot of action - fps can drops to 25.
GTX 570 + i5 3470

No, everything on ultra. Usually it fine but I had drops to 19,

AFAIK there is no AMD drivers up to date which supports 11.2 feature on 7 series of Radeons. And I am sure that not so many R2xx cards are around. So why win8 is THAT faster?
I mean ok, new API and blabla (I read some about 11.2 features which are amazing btw) but come on... 20fps win7 vs 40 win8? Win7 can't be THAT faked up.
M$ paid Dice and EA for new sale promotion ? Or what...

Battlefield 4 only uses DirectX 11.1 (Windows 8 ) and as far as I know it does not use 11.2 (Windows 8.1 ) but I could be wrong.
There was a beta 7 released of the 13.11 drivers earlier today but there's no release notes at the moment, since Nvidia just released a new driver for Battlefield and Call of Duty I guess AMD has done something similar.
(Beta 6 added support for the 290 and 290x plus some performance improvements and other tweaks.)

Yeah I've noticed them also. No notes so far and no comments about them. V6 had many negative comments about almost everything - from game crashes to video replay problems.
Gonna wait and read more.

No voices when set to english and having already downloaded the data.rar from a few pages back so I guess that I need the en_CommonVO.sb file.
That or I play it with russian omar...

Was going to but with over 30 games installed and other programs running awesome I didn't want to rock the boat with an OS upgrade.....what is the fix???? LOL!!
