I think it's the contrary. When your CPU has those abnormal spikes and the graph for your GPU stays down, then there's indication of bottleneck.

i like that the rendering resolution can be set by a slider while not affecting the overall UI. Ive put it to 75% to got some good results while having most of the settings at High.

change graphic setting
1. run the game first time (to make setting file on my document\battlefield 4\settings)
2. edit PROFSAVE_profile with notepad
search this line
Code:
OverallGraphicsQuality 0 ---> change to OverallGraphicsQuality 5
4. save it
5. play
3 = High
4 = Ultra
5 = unlock adv graph options
for people who have 32bit system and locket graphic setting

How is the performance on Win 7 64-bit? The beta ran very shite, I wonder if DICE improved it on non-win8 systems.

Performance on Win 7 is noticeably improved compared to the beta, but like I mentioned a few posts above, Win 8.1 seems to run even more efficiently.

Meh started frapsing on the 3rd mission ... forgot to install shadowplay but gonna make me some good trolling gifs for the console derps and their shitty ryse/killzone. Got 400gb ready just4this <3
