11 MP maps.

Prologue + 6 SP missions.

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

This could explain why some of us can't see the preload and/or the product number.

They have to fix it really soon. Or is EA procuring themselves another consecutive "Most evil company of the year" award?

I love DICE and their games, I really do, but they being "taken over" by EA and fiascos like this latest one make me seriously think that one day I will just decide not buying their games anymore, no matter how awesome they are Evil or Very Mad

Think I got the game for free. Received this e-mail from EA now:
Quote:

Checked the credit card and was only charged for the premium: http://i.imgur.com/s3ZQeY6.jpg

Can pre-load the game now with vpn. Without the vpn on the 28th.
Now to wait until the 28th to see if I'll be charged for the game or not. But seeing as others already did before the pre-load, I think it's safe to say that I got the game for free Surprised

My official pre-load time (without using VPN) is Monday monday 10 am CEST or something like that, just like most people from EU here. Now, the thing is, many US buyers who should be pre-loading right now aren't able to do so because of this "different billing company" crap. So it's only safe to asume the same will happen to us next monday, resulting in none of us being able to use the VPN trick to play early that day Rage

You will be charged, most likely between now and release. But still, you can consider yourself a lucky one as you bought the game from the new store so you get to pre-load, use vpn to unlock early if you want, the whole shebang.

Just received a mail from Origin that my game is ready. Refreshed my Origin library and both pre load and the product code are there.

So I take you pre-ordered the game quite some time ago when the old store was in place Smile

Nice to hear things are started to be solved for this particular group of people to whoch I belong.

But you see, the order was charged back in October and the money was refunded for it and the order was removed from my order history on Origin. And I ordered from the old Origin store, right before it was updated to the new one. http://www.nfohump.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=2310495#2310495

The game is still in my inventory with now a real product key (instead of a lot of x) and all the expansions: http://i.imgur.com/HWk6ExL.jpg

Oh! So you actually got charged, then refunded and the game doesn't appear on your order list right now?

Then yeah, you're right, most likely you got it for free

My pre-order is from April, but I thought somebody said the change of billing company was around June?

Also, did you contact support about your problem before you received that e-mail from EA?
