Great! Thanks for that! I heard the amount of onscreen activity was quite impressive! Ill probably check it out as I do most games.
May the NFOrce be with you always.

Oh right, I forgot that you sometimes have to switch mode on the console too. :/

All the pal games I've played on the ps2 ask me which one I want to use. Only takes a second so if you crying about that then you got some issues.

You mean the swap magic slide tool? If so, it works for me on sm 3.6 and v7.

Controls are fine and the visuals are nice. Some spots have been a tad hard because you dont run over a health, you have to find a shrine and hold down the button to heal so you can still get hit. I'm enjoying it.

Man did anybody figure out how to defend the Food towers from being destroyed it seems that all of the soldiers that are helping are being slaugthered to quick. and the shrines are limited in this action sequences

game looks good but is it just a hack and slasher??
As for framerate, the 360 version runs smooth, while the PS3 is a jaggy mess that chugs along in slow motion.

Yes finally past it. the game is a hack and slash but i'm loving it. but later stages u can't hack and slash all the time, u have to play defense. this game is preferences wise.

killerklan, I was stuck on that bit too.......and when I finally passed it, both grain holders were nearly destroyed.... except I didn't pass it. The cutscene didn't trigger and I had to walk out of the village only to be wiped out (you know why) and when I fell to my death I noticed one lone AI running around. Outside of the village.
On my second attempt I rang the bell on the east side and left them there the whole time while I defended the west one...... when I'd finished the mission, one grain holder has just a tad knocked off it, while the other was unscathed.
Interesting, that what seemed impossible......was actually quite easy in the end.
What do you reckon of the game, if you're still playing it?

I'm on the mission were you kill the roman guy with medosa. I cant seem to get him cause of his friends. How do you get him? Sometimes I wish I could just put a god cheat in just so I can get passed this annoying part.

U know what i like the game alot, it might not be your must indepth game but it at least keeps me glued. we needed something like this just a hack and slash just to enjoy gaming and not think about all the things that could have been done. This game i'm gonna want to finish. killak i'm on the athena level where i have to protect u know who and that is frigging pissing me off. lol but i know i will overcome it. but again i like this game i hope for the next installment they will have at least co-op for friends to join in, then they could ramp up enemies.

god, you even said "protecting you know who"... sorry.
Yeah it's a bit of a challenging game, and though I don't think it's fabulous, I still find myself going back to it again and again 'to see if I can beat that last bit'....
So I guess i'm enjoying it too.
