Amazon has always listed a date for duke whenever just to to make it look they have some info when the game comes but thats just bullshit.

Amazon claim to have release dates for all games that has been anounced, including Stalker etc.. The Inquirer could propbably do 50-100 such articles if they wanted to.
Amazon doesnt know more than the game developers about the release date, anyone with an ICQ above 30 understands that.

Man, i learned that trusting a release date for a game is not usually the best idea. Most games that ive anxiously awaited have usually been delayed - in from a development aspect or publishing or shipping etc etc
Best to go by the main website/company who makes/publishes the game - still, i'd think the creator's are the best source - or even a gamespot type of game site
